Material preparation and blending line – built to collect, open, and meter fibers from bales, bags, or boxes without bottlenecks. Configure unlimited recipes using fast flow-controlled dosing or high-accuracy digital weighing for precision blends.
The system forms calibrated portions, stacks them layer-by-layer for an ideal mix, then homogenizes in our Mixing Pre-Opener. From there, material is buffered and
fed continuously to one or multiple filling lines.
